Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. During launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Standard U.S. delivery is typically expected within 5–10 business days from the order date. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be emailed after an order is handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
